因為我早年曾去過喜瑪拉雅山 basecamp 行山，尋日有位朋友 send 咗個尼泊爾行山 plan 比我，佢問我呢個 plan / quote 價 ok 唔 ok，我就未詳細睇，因為果兩條路線同我當年行果條唔同，但都 post 出嚟分享吓。
Langtang Valley and Gosaikund pass Trekking - 14 Days
Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel. Day 02: Drive Kathmandu / Syabrubesi (1450 m) by private vehicle. (Approx. 8 hours drive)
Day 03: Trek Syabrubeshi / Lama Hotel (2480 m.) – approx. 6 to 7 hrs walk
Day 04: Lama Hotel / Langtang village (3541 m.) – approx. 5 to 6 hrs walk
Day 05: Langtang / Kyanjing Gompa (3900 m.) – approx. 3 hrs walk
Day 06: Day hiking and back to Kyanjing Gompa
Day 07: Kyanjing gompa /Ghora Tabela (2950 m) – approx. 4 to 5 hrs walk
Day 08: Ghora Tabela / Bamboo (1980 m). – approx. 4 to 5 hrs walk
Day 09: Bamboo / Thulo Syabru (2200 m) – approx. 4 to 5 hrs walk
Day 10: Thulo Syabru / Shing Gompa (3584 m) – approx. 5 to 6 hrs walk
Day 11: Shing Gompa / Gosaikunda (4381 m) – approx. 6 to 7 hrs walk
Day 12: Cross over the Laurebina pass (4600 m.) descend to Thare Pati (3600 m.) – approx. 8 hrs walk
Day 13: Thare Pati / Kutumsangu (2471 m) – approx. 6 hrs approx.
Day 14: Kutumsangu / Chisapani (2194 m) – approx. 6 to 7 hrs walk
Day 15: Chisapani / Sundarijal (approx. 3 hrs walk) and drive to Kathmandu (approx. 30 min. drive)
Day 16: Free in Kathmandu for personal activities. Day 17: Transfer to airport for final departure.
Our net cost for the above arrangements and services is as follows:
USD 799 per person on room sharing basis.

Annapurna Circuit Trekking- 14 Days
Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel. Day 02: Drive Kathmandu / Besisahar (760 m) by local bus. (approx. 6 hrs drive)
Day 03: Trek Besisahar / Bahun Danda (1310 m) – 5 hrs walk
Day 04: Bahun Danda / Chamje (1430 m.) – 6 hrs walk
Day 05: Chamje / Dharapani (1860 m.) – 6 hrs walk
Day 06: Dharapani / Chame (2670 m.) – 5 hrs walk
Day 07: Chame / Pisang (3200 m.) – 6 hrs walk
Day 08: Pisang / Manang (3540 m.) – 4 hrs walk
Day 09: Rest at Manang. Stroll around at Manang.
Day 10: Trek Manang / Yak Kharka (4018 m.) – 5 hrs walk
Day 11: Trek Yak Kharka / Throng Phedi (4450 m.) – 4 hrs walk
Day 12: Thorang phedi / Thorang pass (5416 m.) descend to Muktinath (3800 m.) – 8 hrs walk
Day 13: Muktinath / Kagbeni (2800 m.) – 3 hrs walk
Day 14: Trek Kagbeni / Jomsom (2710 m) – 3 hrs walk
Day 15: Fly Jomsom / Pokhara and connect flight to Kathmandu. Day 16: Free in Kathmandu for personal activities. Day 17: Transfer to airport for final departure.
Our net cost for the above arrangements and services is as follows:
USD 785 per person on room sharing basis.
Extra payable Airfare of Jomsom / Pokhara – USD 80 per person Airfare of Pokhara / Kathmandu – USD 92 per person (Note: Above airfare is subject to change without prior notice by airlines)
